About PDO Threads
Available at select clinics only, PDO Threads are a Cosmetic Injectable treatment that tightens and firms the skin, addressing crepey and sagging skin.
Performed exclusively by our Medical Team of experienced Doctors and Registered Nurses, the technique tightens the skin, improves sagging tissue and facial contour. All of this works together to give you enhanced skin texture, fewer fine lines and wrinkles, and improved collagen production. Results are seen in 8-12 weeks and last up to 12 months.
PDO Thread treatment areas include crow's feet, the lower part of the face, jawline, and jowls.
Our Medical Team starts by applying a numbing cream to the treatment area to ensure client comfort.
The threads are then precisely and gently placed under the skin using a cannula. The thread material is made from PDO (polydioxanone), the same material used in surgery to close wounds.
After the threads are in place, they are gently pulled back to tighten sagging areas.
PDO Threads dissolve over time stimulating collagen and elastin production which help to tighten, firm, and lift your skin.
Individual results may vary. A consultation before the first treatment is required, so please notify us of any health conditions or medical history during this appointment. This information will ensure your individual needs are assessed and that appropriate guidance is given.
